Yes: first, upgrade to a more recent level of TSM, 5.1.5.0 is a maintenance
relaese, and some 20 patch-releases have become available since... Next, you
could check in the apar database to see if your problem has allready been
reported by somebody, what the solution was etc... If the more recent
patch-release doesn't fix your problem...
