Have you tried looking here:
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/storage/tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/client/
  and then going to the V3R7 section ?

Or if you need to go really far back, try the ADSM stuff:
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/storage/adsm/fixes/  .   When I went here
and dived into the V3R1/AIX directory, the readme said:

Software Requirements

 -  END USER BACKUP-ARCHIVE CLIENT (Includes Common files and Admin)
      The end user backup/archive client requires the following software
      in order to run:

         AIX 4.1.4 or AIX 4.1.5
         AIXWindows X11R5 (for end user GUI only)
         Motif 1.2 (for end user GUI only)

OK: Quick question: how can I easily find the latest client version that
will work with an old, ancient, unsupported, old OS?

I'm after the latest clients for:
AIX 4.1.5
AIX 4.2.1
Tru64 4.0D
SunOS 5.5.1
SCO (can't remember the version... ancient!)

Going through the web, and looking at the readmes, generally only vendor
supported OS versions are listed.

(Yes, believe it or not, we may upgrade one day...)
