The scheduler and scheduler daemon work fine. But my caveat is that
I haven't tried to run it as 'root', only from a logged on (and left
on) user. Ideally, I'd like it to run as the Windows scheduler does,
backing up even if no one is logged on. This may be implemented, but
I haven't found it or figured it out yet!

By the way, it's the TSM Scheduler that creates (and recreates!)
the v5.1 folder for the encrypted password. I'm going to try to
define another location for it and see if it's still a problem.
Relocating the encrypted password hasn't worked in the past, so
I'm reluctant to futz with it.
