It's at 100-- and the cancel pr won't kick in until the time-out for the
request volume is hit (which I *believe* I set to 5 minutes in the
devclass).
I did check in the path/library definitions, but it only deals with the
mountrentention time, not mount request.

Update the Reclamation value to a higher value.
And then run "cancel Process <number>"
And about your secand problem.
I don´t have any ideas what it´s can be. But dubble check your paths for
the Library and for your drivers.
