I am an IBM Business Partner and I specialize in selling ITSM.  Here is
the breakdown of pricing:

ITSM EE - Part #D51MFLL is sold on a per processor basis regardless of
ITSM server or managed node, base price USD $620/proc
ITSM - Part #D5127LL is sold on a per processor basis regardless of ITSM
server or managed node, base price USD $345/proc
ITSM Client EE - Part #D51MKLL is sold on a per machine basis, base
price USD $65/machine
ITSM Client - Part #D5158LL is sold on a per machine basis, base price
USD $65/machine

The way IBM/Tivoli determines whether you purchase an ITSM Client (EE)
license or ITSM (EE) license is based on the machines function.  If it
is a desktop type machine i.e. laptop or end user machine and it
provides no "services" (i.e. file or print sharing, DB, etc.) to other
machines than it is a ITSM Client (EE) License.  If you would like an
explanation of ITSM vs. ITSM EE I would be glad to expand upon that as
well.  The prices I am giving are the base prices as of 5/5/2003 (the
last price change) in US dollars and do not include any applicable
discounts that may be eligble for your account.
