We have an AIX 4.3.3 machine running TSM 4.2.3.4. We are having a problem with
our recovery logs filling. There was one additional client added about 5 days
prior to the server crashes beginning. The new client was a Notes server that
we were backing up without the TDP. Both crashes took place a week ago early
Monday morning and Tuesday morning and were due to the recovery log maxing
out. We removed the Notes client and all was well. However, this morning the
server crashed again due to the recovery log maxing out. The Notes client was
not added back to the system. No new clients were added last week. Is there
any way I can tell which process is consuming all the recovery log space? At
the time of the crashes, there were backups going on and migrations from disk
to tape. Our recovery log is just under the 13G limit to allow for expansion.
On most nights it's max utilization is under 20% after backups.

Thank you.
