You can not restore an individual mailbox.

You would have to restore the IS in question to a standby box that is not a
member of your current exchange site, then export the mailbox to a PST and
finally import to the current site and mailbox.

Right now I'm sitting with two IBM specialist next to TSM Server and we're
trying to find out if we can restore separate mailbox on Exchange 5.5 or
2000 without restoring all server information. Unfortunately they don't know
it, neither do I. If you can answer us as soon as possible I will be
appreciate.

TSM Server - AIX, 5.1.6
TDP 4 Mail - 5.1.5
