Del,

You were absolutely right! The quotes made all the difference. The funny
thing about it though, is that if I used the Web Admin or the old Admin
GUI:), which I still find extremely useful, the quotes will not work. I
have to define the schedule on the command line in order for the quotes to
actually stay in the Objects parameter. If I even open that particular
schedule in the GUI, they turn into funny characters (little squares) and
the schedule will not work. I then have to redefine the whole schedule on
the command line again. More and more the poor old GUI is losing it's
usability. I knew it would happen when announced it was no longer
supported, but it is still the fastest way to get TSM information. Anyway,
thank you very much for your suggestion!

Shannon,

The first thing that comes to mind is that
your path name has spaces in it, so you should
specify the "OBJECTS" parameter with two sets
of quotes (so one set it maintained when it is
sent to the client.)

For example, to update your schedule:
(multiple lines shown should all be entered
as one command.)

UPDATE SCHEDULE MGE_DOMINO DOM_SELECT_WKLY
   OBJECTS='"c:\program files\tivoli\tsm\domino\domsel.cmd"'

Please note the two sets of quotes around the OBJECTS
parameter.

Thanks,

Del
