BMR documentation indicates 5.1.x is supported on windows clients.
their knowledge base even references an issue that is solved by TSM APAR
IC34296 in 5.1.1.3

Check your documentation. IIRC, BMR for TSM supports TSM 4.2.x, but not
5.1.x.
