We use it.   I think it is a great product.  Use it to manage 2-TSM
servers.

Since we got it (and the subsequent updates including new features), I
rarely have a need for the WebAdmin !   I have it running, all the time !

The support is very good.  They are open to enhancement suggestions.

Anyone used this software, what do you all think about it?  I am
considering
buying it.  I have upwards of ten TSM servers to manage.  Any completing
products I should consider.
