Write errors on a tape volume are generally much less serious than a
read error; write errors are often the result of bobbled handling of a
tape volume, while a read error indicates that TSM cannot read data due
to problems with either the media or data written onto the media.
Do a MOVE DATA on tapes with errors, and keep track of the volume
number. If errors crop up again, replace the media.
