TDP out of service.

 Hi all,

 We are currently running TDP for Domino 1.1. and we are attempting to move
to TDP 5.1 can anyone answer the following questions for me:

     1. Is TDP 1.1 out of service?

     2. Is there a cost associated upgrading to TDP 5.1
