Yes, apar IY36925 fixes a real nasty bug.

Another aix problem that bit us hard was insufficient receive buffers.
Do a ' netstat -v ent1 | grep "Receive Pool Buffer"  ' (where ent1 is
your tms network interface).  The 'No Receive Pool Buffer Errors:' line
should show a value of zero.  If not, you need to increase the number of
receive buffers.  An lack of receive buffers led to a situation at our
site where tsm stoped contacting prompted mode clients so backups did
not get run.  I am told it can also result in generalized tsm
performance problems.
