Oracle 9.2 on Windows

Is it supported?

Has anyone had any success in using Oracle 9.2 on Windows
with RMAN and TDP for Oracle??

* Tivoli Storage Manager server
* Tivoli Storage Manager API Version 4.2.1, or later
