terminated under their Acceptable Use Policy, or Terms of Service.

Complaining OFTEN and LOUDLY about ignorant behavior such as this is
the only way to remove the profit from spam, as well as sending a
clear message to spammers that advertising in this fashion will NOT
be tolerated, and action WILL be taken.
