As was explained in postings about 3 weeks ago, the TDPs employ the TSM API to
do their work, and so the return code is most likely from the API, and its
manual lists its return codes.
If it holds true in this case, 418 involves options, saying that the client
does not want this value from the server.
If the backup has been working fine until now, it suggests that something
changed, and so tracking that down would be the place to look first.
