You really need to talk to your email administrator before anyone can
give an intelligent answer to your question. If you need db space *now*,
make a db volume or two, extend the db, and wait for the admin to come
back. If you can solve the problem on the Netscape end, just reduce the
db and get rid of the db volumes when the problem is resolved. If it's
not resolvable, you're going to have to have the extra db space.

(If it were my decision, I'd ditch that rather badly-designed mail
server and move to something else.)
