Update to issues being encountered on your move to IBM.com.

1) IBM.com is reviewing the issue with Netscape 7.0 with the new web pages
and will get back to us with their findings in a couple of days.
2) Tivoli will be redirecting the tivoli.com TSM pages to a single page
that provides an explanation of the changes and instructions on how to
register in the next couple of days.
