Hello,
Both Services are set to "Automatic" for startup. It happens invariably on most
of the Windows NT servers. After Reboot, if you check the event log, it says
"Starting Scheduler Service" but actually it's not running.
One more observation on Windows NT4.0 with SQL server:
Sometimes, TSM scheduler service starts at the reboot but the one for TDPSQL
fails to start and nothing is written in the event log.
