It is excluded automagically with "domain all-local"

Unix BA Client manual, Chapter 8 - Setting Common Options, Domain option -
All-local doesn't include /tmp

You might want to try the exlude.fs option.

Specify a include/exclude option file in your dsm.sys:

INCLEXCL    MyInclExclFile

And put this line in MyInclExclFile:

EXCLUDE.FS   /tmp

(I always thought /tmp was automatically excluded
 but I can't find anything about it in the manuals)
