Hi, All

Here are some questions about restore.
1) Is there better way to see restore status from TSM server side?
What I tend to do is "q act se=restore | node_name begint...."
2) In addition, how do I put higher priority on restore or retrieve rather than
other processes?
Of course we can kill less important processes but often clients are running
restore without informing me and I want to always put top priority on
restore/retrieve than any other processes.
Is there any way to specify level of importance?
3) Does the TSM have a limit on the file size ??
During Incremental backup, we've got the exactly same message ANS1114I from
clinet , which we have seen during restore.

We had a very critical restore request today.
>From node called SWIFT, we kicked off restore at 13:00 Tokyo time and later
>around 14:50 pm the process was interrupted with the following messages.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apparently it said there were inaccessible media but I couldn't find any tape
mount request from TSM server.
The following email shows you all the tapes' access mode, which store node
"SWIFT" data by SQL "select volume_name from volumeusage where
node_name='SWIFT' "
As you see, among 153 tapes only one (the last one) is unavailable but it was
set to unavailable because of space reclamation failure not because of restore.
Therefore restore supposed to be done.......
Would you be able to advise me on this issue?
What else should I investigate?

(A few hours later.....)

Really weird. During Incremental backup, we've got the exactly same message
which we have seen during restore.
Does the TSM have a limit on the file size ??

It will be very appreciated if you can give me a hand.

P.S. About the unavailable volume, I just did audit volume and it was
deleted from C3 storage pool.
