Chris,

Actually it is recommended that you use a separate and unique node name for
TDP for Oracle on the same workstation and define a unique policy domain for
Oracle node names. The Oracle backups can then be bound to the default
management class within this domain. For example, your regular domain is
RS6K which you have with your policy sets corresponding to your OS data by
dept. or whatever company policies or procedures you have in place. The
domain for TDP for Oracle would be ORACLE6K where it would have its separate
policy along with management classes, copygroups, schedules, etc.... By the
way, the copy group of the management class to which Oracle backups are
bound must be set as follows, VERDELETED=0 and RETONLY=0.

4.3.3, TSM Server 4.1.1
Want to be able schedule both Incremental backup and Oracle Agent backup
against same node, Can this be done and how?
