That won't work!!! As soon as you re-run the backup pointing to the inclexcl
list those files excluded they will be expired. You will have to have a
different nodename for the backup that where you want to include the
originally excluded files. Now as long as you add a NODENAME statment to the
TSM1 and TSM2 server stanzas, this scheme will work.

Hi Jurjen!
You have to create two client option files. Let's assume dsm1.opt and
dsm2.opt.
dsm1.opt contains the following line:
SERVERNAME TSM1

dsm2.opt contains the following line:
SERVERNAME TSM2

And your dsm.sys contains the following lines:
SERVERNAME TSM1
   COMMmethod TCPip
   TCPPort 1500
   TCPServeraddress your.server.com
   INCLEXCL /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/inclexcl.lst

SERVERNAME TSM2
   COMMmethod TCPip
   TCPPort 1500
   TCPServeraddress your.server.com
   INCLEXCL /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/other-inclexcl.lst

So, if you want to run a incremental with the standard include you just run
a dsmc i, if you want to run a incremental with the off-standard include you
run a dsmc i -optfile=dsm2.opt

I don't understand what you mean by "In this option file you can point to
other-optfile.sys". Could you please explain, and say how this should be
done? Thanks!
