Just wanted to thank everyone who shot off a response .. this is why i
stay subscribed to such a high volume list .. everyone is helpful :).  The
answer to my problem was 2 fold
1) (Thanks to Brion ) I didnt know i needed a dsmc sched running :) go figure
2) I was in prompted mode and it was failing TSM support is looking into
this now because polling works fine.

If anyone has some suggestions about the polling vs prompting mode problem
let me know .. the server is set sched mode to any.
