ANR9999D  means 'Internal Error'.  Call Tivoli.  From the messages manual:

ANR9999D (component)(code):(text)
Explanation: This message carries diagnostic text
relating to a server process or algorithm. This
information is intended for reporting processing
exceptions and other non-standard situations that occur
on the ADSM server. The (component), (code), and
(text) will vary depending upon the cause of the
message and the server process or algorithm that issues
the message.
System Action: Server processing may or may not
continue depending upon the cause of this message.
Use the SET CONTEXTMESSAGING command and set
the message context reporting to ON to receive
additional information when the server issues this
message. See the Administrator's Reference.
User Response: Examine error messages that may
have been displayed before and/or after this message
and correct any problems, if possible. If the cause of
this message can not be determined or resolved, contact
your support representative. If you contact your
support representative, the entire text of this message
should be reported.

Hi All

I have a customer that is running diskXtender on some of there servers. One
server in particular is brining up a very strange message.

Could someone tell me if they have seen this before?

ANR9999D smnqr.c(1711): ThreadId<33> Partial retrieval
                       (offset 0 317: length 0 26458)failed (26) for
bitfile
                       40839756.
