Hi Adrian
You've hit the problem described in APAR II13107
That APAR tells you how to fix it - you need a program from Domino called
'dataseg'.
We hit the problem, ran dataseg and all is OK (well, almost - we have a
small issue with inactivatelogs)

4.3.3
TSM Api Version 4, Release 2, Level 0
TSM Server Version 4, Release 1, Level 5.0
The user that runs Domino is notes
