Left out some info...

I've got a handful of tapes that showing a percent reclaim of 99.9% and a
pct utilized of 0.0%. I did a q vol f=d and they show up as volume status=
full, error status of no, and scratch volume of yes. They also show a volume
status of full.

            It's a TSM 5.1 running on WinNT4 sp6a talking to a 3494 library
with two 3590E1A tape drives.

            Other tapes are coming back from reclaimation just fine. They
show a pct_util of 0.0% and a pct_relaim of 0.0% and after the three day
hold time they show up as scratch. Any ideas?
