To use lbtest, run

lbtest -d <lib_name>
Ex. lbtest -d /dev/lb0

If the library is already defined to the TSM server, make sure that the
server is not running..

Then select 1 for manual test..

In the manual test menu, select
6 to open the library
8 to get element count
9 to get library inventory
