Do you want automatic expiration?
Then, you have to define two management classes:  1) 7 days rtetention 2)
nolimit retention
After that, point the filesystems that you want to have nolimit and 7 days
retention in you dsm.sys
or inclexcl file and restart you dsmc scheduler.

Ex:

include /usr    <mgt_class_7days>
include /var    >mgt_class_nolimit>

Check out the DELETE FILESPACE command.
