Eric, Correct, I would rather be able to backup the registry instead of
excluding it. I was able to find the registry directory under the C:ADSM.SYS
directory and I deleted it. Ran a manual incremental backup and it did NOT
fail this time unlike all the other times. I'll see how it runs on the
schedule this evening but it would seem that this may be fixed.

Thanks for the help everyone!

Sincerely,

Well... that's probably not what Robert is looking for. You want to be able
to restore the registry, no?
Robert, I don't have experience with the W2K client but I imagine that the
c:\Registry directory was created by TSM. I only use WinNT clients and they
use the c:\adsm.sys directory. Have you tried deleting c:\Registry? It will
be recreated during the next incremental.
