Did you set a maximum file size for the storage pool?  If so, you are
probably hitting a file that is bigger.  You will need a next storage pool
that has a number big engough or 0 to allow any size.  Usually this next
storage pool is a primary tape (sequential) storage pool with no limit on
the file size.
