/VAR File System on AIX 4.3.3 and TSM Error

Subject:	/VAR File System on AIX 4.3.3 and TSM Error

I am getting this error message on my TSM Server and was
not sure if these files are cached and replaced with new
files causing the ANE4005E error below.  Also, is there a
specific reason that the /VAR file system should be backed
up on a regular basis. Thanks.

ANE4005E (Session: 13772, Node: HNAB)  Error processing
'/var/ha/run/haem.STRT_OH_PROD/Rcache_local/68598,10227-
34875,992213634,0,0.0.0.0': file not found
