IMO rmt type commands do not provide driver functionality demanded by TSM.
For example they do not provide access to the robot.
Have you ever tried it and proved it works at all?

I would be interested in seeing if this is possible too.  My concern would
be having enought bandwidth to
keep a drive streaming.
