Or you can go to www.gzip.org and download the source . . . which I seem to
have done back in 1996. Long enough ago that I'd forgotten it's not part of
AIX. If you have a C compiler, this may actually be faster. Note that this
page also contains links to executables, but the AIX 4.3.* link just returns
links to the toolbox rpms or to (ahem) gzipped executables.
