Hrm, what happens if we only have media for 2.1, 3.7 and 4.1?  I don't know
if there are any versions between 2.1 and 3.x, but we may not be able to
obtain them (since they're unsupported now and have been for some time).

However, an upgrade from 2.1 to 3.7 may be all we want to do, as I think
that's the version in use elswhere in the company.
