Keith,

Did you ever resolve this? If you're having a problem accessing the drives it 
could be a problem with Windows since TSM connects through  Windows drivers to 
IBm drives (IBM drives are not supported natively by TSM).

On W2K check under Computer Management->Removable Storage->Physical Locations, 
you should see all your drives listed, check the property of each one and make 
sure it's enabled. 

Also under Device Manager check to see if each drive is there and there isn't a 
yellow <!> over the device. 

Make sure you have the correct driver loaded for the Firmware Level of the 
drive. Normally you have to update the Windwos driver after updating the 
hardware firmware.

If all this checks out, delete the drives and library from TSM and re-setup 
library and drives for TSM.
