Make sure they put the latest microcode on the drives and you use the latest
ATAPE driver.  And, reconfigure the drives after everything is done.  There
have been numerous discussions with TSM having problems but everytime
putting on the latest stuff worked.  The kicker is that the latest ATAPE
driver will likely require you to be at ML08 on AIX.
