Hello,
Has any ever done a disaster recovery test on a IIS 5.0/Windows 2000
member server running in a NT4 Domain. I know there is a known issue with it
corrupting the metabase, which leads you to un-install/ re-install the IIS5
component, and reconfigure the entire site(s) by HAND!!! I say this because
I have tried this 2 times now without success.

However, I have been told that if you have a backup copy of the metabase
(through the MMC) (which I did), and you rebuild the Win2K server (which I
did), install IIS5 again (which I did), install TSM and restore the InetPub
data (which I did), then the system state (I did not restore this because
the system state files should already be in a full backup or /Archive),
then restore the backup copy of the metabase, your server should be up and
running after a reboot...

Does any have any tips, pointers, help on this? Please advise.
