What is your environment ?

We had this problem in one of our environments (I can't remember which one)
I can't find any of my info on it right now...
It was about a year or more ago...

If you could fill me in on your envirionments server & client (what storage
are you using on your server both disk & tape)
        it might help ring some bells...
