Never use the base level clients. That is Clients ending with 0.0

My expirience is that they often contain bugs, witch are fixed in hiher
level TSM Clients.

But youre question is Yes
You can use all 4.1 clients on 4.2 and i think all 3.7 clients to,
but not later, that is you cant use ADSM clients on 4.2
