Hello,
maybe your
 Copy Serialization.....
... for the used backup ManagementClass is set to Static
and you may try a shared dynamic if you want so.

You can check the setting this with a
query copy DOMAINNAME  active MANAGEMENTCLASSNAME t=backup f=d
