We're currently using IBM Sterling Forest -- the service has been quite good
and the people are fantastic. We run two D/R drills a year, recovering an
S7A (SAP/R3 DB server); 4 H50 systems, a 43P, and three NT systems (two
MS-Exchange and one Fax system).
Keep in mind that the people at a D/R facility are there to help in any way
possible as you recover according to your plan; if you don't have a plan or
process, well, they *all* sell consulting!
The first time we showed up and pulled out our pile of procedures we found
out that the previous week they'd had a new client show up with 5 people, a
box of tapes, and no clue whatever.
