hi Lindy
Theoraticly you should be able to do it. use mksysb to backup to optical
device. Then use DD to copy the file to a diks and use TSM to back it up.
But still i don´t understand why you should wana back up mksysb, when you
can´t boot form a TSM tape on AIX, then it would make your mksysb useless.
