There is a bug in 4.2.0 (APAR IC30181) - if you do a query log after a full
db backup, it will not show the utilization reset. After a while it will
show it as being reset. According to Tivoli this is just a reporting
issure, the log is really being reset. If you issue a COMMIT command you
will see the log utilization reset immediately.
