From a post a few weeks ago about the shares:
You could use Reg.exe (from the NT Resource Kit) or 'regedit /e' at the
command line to export
'HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Shares' to a flat file
for documentation purposes and then merge it (or a portion of it) back into
the registry after a restore.
As far as the printer definitions are concerned, I'm sure there's a similar
key in the registry where this info is stored and you could use the same
procedure outlined above to deal with that as well. You could either
schedule a batch job with AT to create the registry exports or put the batch
job in a PRESCHEDULECMD file so that it gets created prior to the backups.
Good luck,
Dylan
