It might be worth Michel's trouble to post the specific details about the
procedure he used to perform the restore to this forum, including *all*
steps, from start to finish, *complete* syntax of commands entered (i.e.
the command as entered, including all options), the output received,
server options, device configuration information, etc. With this
information, perhaps someone on this forum can see what the problem is.

You will need a support contract. They will probably send you somewhere
to
get that setup. Keep in mind that the release you are on is no longer
supported and the may not be able to help you. There may be other options
such as an upgrade to V4 and explaining you need transition support to get
the current environment fixed so you can upgrade.
