multiple schedule session with one node

Hi All!
System environment:
One TSM server and six TSM client. Oracle financials application and Oracle
8.1.6 database.
The system environment consists of 4 nodes and one extention node type S7A. The
S7A is the
TSM server, the nodes are the TSM clients. AIX file level daily incremental
backups are done
automatically every night. Other oracle backups are performed daily.
Problem description:
When aixfiledaily_gir05 file level incremental backup is started then other
backups are in
pending and after the backup window expire to missed status while the
incremental backup is
in progress and takes 6 or more hour. During this time other scheduled backups
are missed. I
set the resourceutiliziation parameter to 4 in the client option file, but it's
not working.
I pasted the system outputs below. The problem is occurs with gir05 tsm node.
