Nina,
Can you tell me more about your environment? What OS? What level of TDP
for Oracle? What level of Oracle? Also,
it might help if you know for sure that you are using TDP for Oracle and
not Oracle's dummy library for this test. Of course, if you followed the
installation process of TDP for Oracle from the manual this should not be
a problem.
