Look in "Using the Windows Backup-Archive Client" guide:
"The tcpport option specifies a TCP/IP port address for a server. You can
obtain this address from your administrator. "
So putting a line 'tcpport 1501' in your dsm.opt file on NT server node
will help. And for HTTP you will have to use http://your_tsm_server:1581/
instead of http://tsm:1580/.
The port numbers 1501 and 1581 are defaults values but are not open/used by
default. Port 1501 is used on the client only if 'SCHEDmode PRompt' is
used. And port 1581 is used only if Web Client Acceptor Daemon (dsmcad)
service is started. So if they are not used there is no need to configure
or change them.

Hi Kien,
the ports 1501 and 1581 are used as default ports for the TSM Client. If
you are
planning to change
the server ports you have to also change the client ports.
