Have you checked your MAXSCHEDSESSIONS value?

According to the Tivoli Message reference, your error code ANR2571W means:

Scheduled session from node ode ame platform ame) has been denied,
scheduled sessions are not
currently available.

Explanation: The client scheduler for node ode ame atte pts to connect with
the ser er, but is denied a
session. All sessions that ha e been allocated for scheduled operations are
already in use.

System Action: Ser er operation continues.

User Response: Issue the QUERY OPTION co and to deter ine if the option
DISABLESCHEDS YES has
been specified in the ser er options file. If so, scheduling can be enabled
by updating the ser er options file with
DISABLESCHEDS NO and restarting the ser er. If DISABLESCHEDS YES was not
specfied in the ser er
options file, change the total nu ber of sessions by altering the
MAXSESSIONS para eter in the ser er options
file and then restarting the ser er. The percentage of sessions that are a
ailable for scheduled operations can be
increased by using the SET MAXSCHEDSESSIONS co and.
